Last night, during an MTV Video Music Awards benefit concert at The Avalon in Los Angeles, Iggy Azalea fell off the stage while performing her hit song “Fancy.”

The singer was stepping backward, rapping and clearly getting caught up in the lyrics, when she tumbled off the edge of the stage. Fans can be heard gasping in the video following the singer’s fall.
Security guards quickly pulled Azalea back onto the stage and she continued performing like a pro, hardly missing a verse of her hit. Charli XCX also joined her on stage during the number.
Once Azalea finished, she reportedly expressed her relief, saying she was “very blessed” that she didn’t break her legs.

Though it’s unclear whether the Australian singer was injured, she seems fine. Shortly after the fall, Azalea took to Instagram to laugh off the event by posting a video of the fall.

Azalea captioned the photo, “Sorry but it would be a crime not to share this with you all, I know I laughed. #StillFinishedtheSongTho #KeptOnRapping #TheShowMustGoOn.”
Fans quickly posted in support of the singer, reaching out to ask if she was OK and praising her for continuing the song. “That’s why you’re the best,” one fan posted. “I love you!”

Sam Smith and Tori Kelly also took to the stage to sing at the event supporting Lifebeat, an organization that fights against HIV and AIDS.
Aside from the benefit event, Azalea is set to perform Sunday at the VMAs. She is also nominated for seven awards.
The news of Azalea’s fall comes a day after one of Nicki Minaj‘s backup dancers was bitten by a 6-foot-long snake during a VMAs performance rehearsal. Fingers crossed that this is the last mishap to befall this year’s show.
