Oh, mylanta! Have mercy! Could Full House be making a TV comeback?

TV Guide reports that, yes, it might be, and with some of the original cast (please let this be true!).
John Stamos, otherwise known as Uncle Jesse, is leading the charge to reboot the beloved sitcom — he has an ownership stake in the original show. Original executive producer, Bob Boyett, is also involved, as is creator, Jeff Franklin, who is reportedly writing the new version. Candace Cameron Bure (D.J.), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie) and Andrea Barber (Kimmy) have signed on, and Bob Saget (Danny) and Dave Coulier (Joey) are also involved, obviously, because they’re still adorable best friends with Stamos.
The entire cast has remained tight-knit since the original show, which aired from 1987 to 1995, and some of the actors have hinted that they’d be on board with a revival. Stamos appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live last winter and let slip that he was heading up reboot efforts.
“We’re sort of working on a twist on a sequel,” he told host, Andy Cohen. “But we don’t know if it’s going to happen yet or not.”

Full House is still killing it in the ratings for repeats shown on Nick at Nite. According to Variety, its primetime reruns are still snagging an average of 1.5 million viewers each night, which means it’s pulling in viewers who are too young to remember when the show first aired. The time for a revival is now.
Full House would be joining a number of other faves that are now making comebacks, like Boy Meets World and Veronica Mars, which garnered enough fan support to crowd source a movie before announcing a spinoff web series. Even ’70s sitcom, The Odd Couple, is set for a reboot starring Matthew Perry and Thomas Lennon.
Of course, the real question here is this: Will John Stamos revive his famous mullet along with the show?
