Shia LaBeouf arrived in a New York courtroom on Wednesday to admit that he did indeed cause a ruckus at a performance of the Broadway show Cabaret. He pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge.
According to Fox News, the judge ordered him to complete a six-month stint of outpatient alcohol rehab. The Transformers actor has already completed three months of the court order.

LaBeouf will also need to stay out of trouble for the next six months. If he obeys the judge’s requirements, the case will be expunged from his record.
He was quite somber during his court appearance and he did not speak to the mass of reporters that surrounded him as he left the courthouse. His lawyer, G. Robert Gage, made a brief statement to the news cameras. “We appreciate the thoughtfulness of the resolution of the matter by the [Manhattan] district attorney’s office.”
The arrest stems back to late June when he was disruptive during a performance of the Broadway musical starring Michelle Williams and Alan Cumming.
A source told Us Weekly, “He was disruptive during Act One and escorted out of Studio 54 at intermission.”

Another attendee mentioned that LaBeouf was “harassing audience members, harassing actors on the stage, and chain-smoking inside the theater.”
He left the theater in tears as he was escorted out by the NYPD, and he reportedly shouted, “Do you know who I am?”
This early summer incident was just one of a series of drunken escapades the actor has gotten involved in — from a 2008 drunk driving charge to a bar fight in January in London. Let’s hope LaBeouf has turned over a new leaf now that his current scrape with the law is over.
