There are plenty of men in this world who would love a chance to date Jennifer Lopez, and being married to her seems like it would be a dream come true, right? Well, not according to her ex-husband Cris Judd.
During an interview with Us Weekly at the 2014 Industry Dance Awards in Hollywood, California, last week, Judd — who was married to Lopez from 2001 to 2003 — dished some details on his marriage to the singer and how tough it was to be in the constant limelight.

“You know it’s very tough,” he said. “Your privacy is breached. You’re no longer a normal person. [Our wedding] was a circus. I think several people got arrested trying to climb up a mountain… trying to sneak in. We actually rented the airspace.”
“You kind of sign up for that, you know?” Judd confessed about his lack of privacy. “You kind of have to take it and accept it and embrace it. Once you stop fighting it, it smoothes (sic) itself over. If you try to keep that privacy, it drives you nuts and that’s why people break.”
However, don’t be fooled into thinking that it was the constant media attention that made these two split up.
“Unfortunately, it just didn’t work out,” Judd told the mag.

Judd has no hard feelings when it comes to the “I Luh Ya Papi” hit maker and has moved on with his life. He has been married to Kelly A. Wolfe since 2009, and the pair even share a little girl, Vivienne, together, but he still has something nice to say about his ex.
“She looks fantastic, that goes without a doubt,” the choreographer said of his ex. “Anybody that would say she doesn’t look great is lying. But you know, I can’t give you the answer as to why her relationships don’t work. I think that it’s that it is work. It’s whether you want to work on it or not. Everyone has baggage and problems. It’s whether you want to deal with those problems.”
