Gwen Stefani kills it with ‘Call Me Maybe’ lip-sync hit (VIDEO)

Gwen Stefani was hard to beat when she performed a hilarious number to Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” on Jimmy Fallon‘s famous Lip Sync Battle Wednesday night.

To promote the premiere of The Voice, Stefani and Bake Shelton appeared on The Tonight Show where Fallon put them up for a round of his fan-fave lip-syncing competition. Kicking off the syncing funfest, Shelton belted out a rendition of Taco’s “Puttin’ on the Ritz,” with which he wowed everyone by adding a flawless tapping bit to finish off the number.

Next, Fallon did a very believable performance of Ellie Goulding’s “Burn,” which included a mini-flashlight for some added facial special effects.

But the one who really killed it was Stefani when she put it all out there with Jepsen’s super-hit. The No Doubt front woman added some of her signature moves to the popular catchy tune and even went up to an unsuspecting Fallon to shake her booty. That was the best number of all, even if Stefani mistakenly called Fallon “Jimmy Kimmel.”

Shelton held his own when he continued with Starship’s “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now,” which he accented with some extra facial expressions. “How do you sing Starship with a Southern drawl on your face?” Fallon laughed. “You can’t take the Blake Shelton out of it.”

The battle ended with a duet by Shelton and Stefani, who romantically performed Lionel Richie and Diana Ross’ ’80s hit “Endless Love.” The pair spiced it up by switching the voices, with Shelton taking on Ross and Stefani doing an awesome Richie imitation.

With that, the two were deemed the winners of the battle when an incredulous Fallon gave them the victory. “That’s it! That’s it! Game over! Contest over!” Fallon screamed. “The winners: Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani! That was the best!”
