1. Gone Girl
Did Nick Dunne (Ben Afleck) kill his wife? That’s the central question in this best-selling thriller by Gillian Flynn. When Nick’s wife, Amy (Rosamund Pike), goes missing on their fifth wedding anniversary, the details of their broken marriage begin to leak to the media, making Nick a suspect in her disappearance and maybe even her murder.

2. Dracula Untold
Ever wanted a vampire origin story? You’re in luck, because Dracula Untold is finally here. Starring Sarah Gadon, Luke Evans and Dominic Cooper, this film takes us back to the bloody days of Vlad the Impaler, the real man who acquired his grizzly nickname back in Transylvania in the 15th century.

3. Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
When 11-year-old Alexander (Ed Oxenbould) has the absolute worst day of his life due to a chewing gum incident that sets off a series of awful events, he finds little sympathy from his mom, Kelly (Jennifer Garner), and dad, Ben (Steve Carell). Unbeknownst to Alexander, however, both his mom and dad are having really bad days of their own. This family comedy also stars Megan Mullally and Jennifer Coolidge.

4. Fury
Brad Pitt plays Wardaddy, a hardened army sergeant who leads his five-man crew in a Sherman tank on a dangerous mission against the Nazis in World War II. Logan Lerman, Shia LaBeouf and Scott Eastwood star as his soldiers who are forced to tap not only their courage, but their ability to strategize against the fiercest enemy of all time.

5. Birdman
Michael Keaton plays Riggan Thomson, a washed-up actor, once famous for playing a superhero. Desperately trying to rescue his career, he begins rehearsing a Broadway play that he hopes will redeem him in the public’s eyes. Also starring Zach Galifianakis, Emma Stone and Amy Ryan, this dark comedy is sure to test the limits of what it means to be famous in modern-day America.

6. Horns
Daniel Radcliffe stars as Ig Perrish, a man who awakes from a drunken binge with real horns growing from his head. Accused of killing his girlfriend, Merrin (Juno Temple), he discovers that his hideous horns are actually an effective tool to help him uncover the dark mystery behind his girlfriend’s death.
Horns opens Oct. 31, just in time for Halloween.
