After a few months of lying low, Amanda Bynes is back with a bang: she’s been arrested for another DUI.

The troubled starlet was arrested on Sunday morning at 3 a.m. for DUI, the California Highway Patrol confirmed to E! News. According to the site, the former child star has been charged with a misdemeanor after the police “determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance” while driving.

The What a Girl Wants actress was held at the Van Nuys, California, station on $15,000 bail before she was released at 12:44 p.m. that same day.

Bynes’ arrest took place after she was stopped in the middle of an intersection on Van Nuys Boulevard in San Fernando Valley, California. The actress was apparently driving alone in a 2013 white Mercedes ML350 and ran a red light, the New York Daily News reports.

“She ran a red light and stopped in the middle of [a] T-shaped intersection. Our officer observed her, and she appeared under the influence. She was unable to complete field sobriety tests, at which point she was taken to our station,” CHP spokesman Leland Tang told the publication.

This is not Bynes’ first DUI, either: She was first arrested for a DUI in 2012, but managed to avoid jail time and instead got three years’ probation and completed an inpatient treatment.

Bynes got her license back following the DUI in April 2014.

She’s been pretty lucky when it comes to getting off the hook with the law, but we’ll see what happens when she appears in court next month.
