Taylor Swift won’t be singing any songs about heartache anytime soon

Taylor Swift has made it clear she’s not looking for love anytime soon because she’s no longer fascinated by romance. So, what is taking up all of Swifty’s extra time now that she’s without a hot beau on her arm?

Sorry, boys, Taylor Swift is happy being single

“The last couple of years have been about defining life on my own terms,” Swift told People magazine for its 40th anniversary issue.

“Being on my own, prioritizing my girlfriends, my family and my music above everything else and trying things I never thought I’d try,” Swift said of the changes she has made to her personal life. “It’s really been a liberating and freeing time.”

And while there are many men in mourning over the fact that Swift is no longer on the market, the changes in her life are refreshing because her new album is not all about heartache — and that’s good news for her ex-boyfriends, too!

“Emotionally speaking, 1989 is not a heartbreak record. My music is derived from what’s happening in my personal life, and I haven’t had my heart broke,” Swift told the publication, via E! News. “You’re not going to hear, oh, like, ‘boyfriend dissing.'”

And Swift plans to embrace the single life without worrying about the future.
