Our wishlist for Beyoncé’s rumored platinum album

If you don’t know by now, Beyoncé is full of surprises. Less than a year since shaking up the industry by dropping a 14-song album out of nowhere, it’s rumored that Mrs. Carter is now readying a platinum edition of her self-titled LP to hit stores in November.

Over the weekend, several blogs took notice of international retailers, which have begun to list a four-disk edition of the critically acclaimed album. Take that in for a second. We’re talking about four disks, presumably full of Yoncé songs, remixes, live performance footage and videos. If the contents of this Beyhive treasury haven’t been chosen yet, SheKnows has taken the liberty of suggesting some of the items we’d love to see on our future stocking stuffer. You can thank us later.

OMG! Beyoncé releases a surprise “visual” album

1. That Beyoncé and Jay Z collabo album

Ever since all those nasty divorce headlines slowed down post-VMAs performance, Bey and Jay have made a few other kind of headlines, including the one where Jigga rudely responding to that naive, but humorous, tourist in Paris. But the bigger rumor that has been floating around is that the power couple is recording an album together. We’d like to recommend a 12-track collabo disk with experimental club bangers, multiple ballads and a 2014 version of “’03 Bonnie & Clyde.”

2. One “Flawless” remix with one flawless MC

Bey made headlines after the infamous elevator incident with Jay Z and Solange by dropping a remix to “Flawless” with rump-shaking Nicki Minaj, and it’s all sorts of necessary to include this mix on the updated version of Beyoncé. Bonus points if they include the supposed remix video that the ladies recorded together!

3. The Mrs. Carter Show world tour DVD

Before Beyoncé even dropped her surprise album, she had been on a nonstop tour to promote, well, herself. Even though the trek didn’t include any new music, we didn’t really mind because the show included the usual suspects, some non-single fan favorites and even a Destiny’s Child oldie. Let’s shoot for the DVD of her tour as disk number four. Are you listening, Bey?

4. Whatever the heck “Donk” is

After songs like “Anaconda” and “Booty” dropped this year, you have to ask yourself if you can really deal with another song about butts? Of course, you can! Bey has made no mention of such a song, but eagle-eyed fans recently spotted a new song registered on ASCAP titled “Donk.” It also features writing credits from a few guys you might know, like The-Dream and Pharrell.
