While Chris Brown is imparting his infinite wisdom on social media about Ebola, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla have donated $25 million to fight the disease.
Dr. Brown, as we are now referring to Chris Brown, took to Twitter on Monday to explain the Ebola outbreak. Dr. Brown tweeted, “I don’t know … But I think this Ebola epidemic is a form of population control. Shit is getting crazy bruh.”
Chris Brown has a theory about Ebola outbreak
In an absolutely perfect “the adults are talking” way, the king of social media, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, announced that they are donating $25 million of their $33 billion dollar fortune to the Centers for Disease Control Foundation to fight Ebola. Zuckerberg took to Facebook to make the announcement.
“Priscilla and I are donating $25 million to the Centers for Disease Control Foundation to help fight Ebola.
“The Ebola epidemic is at a critical turning point. It has infected 8,400 people so far, but it is spreading very quickly and projections suggest it could infect 1 million people or more over the next several months if not addressed.
“We need to get Ebola under control in the near term so that it doesn’t spread further and become a long term global health crisis that we end up fighting for decades at large scale, like HIV or polio.
“We believe our grant is the quickest way to empower the CDC and the experts in this field to prevent this outcome.
“Grants like this directly help the frontline responders in their heroic work. These people are on the ground setting up care centers, training local staff, identifying Ebola cases and much more.
“We are hopeful this will help save lives and get this outbreak under control.

Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates led the way by announcing last month that his foundation will donate $50 million to fight Ebola. See, Dr. Brown? That’s how it’s done — that’s how you become part of the solution, as opposed to being part of the problem.
This leaves us wondering how other celebrities will react. Will we see more generous donations? Will the world start a social media campaign similar to the ALS ice bucket challenge, which generated more than $100 million?
