Halle Berry has allegedly had enough of her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry and the fact that he is cashing in on her child support payments, and she plans to do something about it.
Halle Berry ordered to pay huge child support payment to ex
The pair share 6-year-old Nahla, and both have joint custody of their daughter (each spends around 50 percent of their time with her), but when it comes to child support, the Cloud Atlas actress is forking out $16,000 a month. According to TMZ, Berry has claimed Aubry has now stopped working and is happy to live off the hefty sum she is paying him for child support.
The site claims, “Berry filed legal docs asking the judge in their custody case to reduce her monthly child support obligation from $16,000 a month to just over $3,000 a month.”

It appears the actress now wants the child support payments to her ex slashed by around 80 percent in a bid to get him working again. According to TMZ, Berry has noted that her ex is “perfectly capable of getting a job” and that if the child support is dramatically slashed, her little daughter will still be able to live “a comfortable life, supplemented by his income.”
Earlier this year, Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon ordered Berry to make rather large payments of $16,000 a month to Aubry until their daughter turns 19 years old or graduates from high school. The order also called for Berry to make retroactive payments of $115,000 and $300,000 to cover the cost of her ex’s legal fees.
