2014 will probably not go down as Tori Spelling‘s favorite year ever. The reality star can’t seem to have a happy day without some new issue coming to light.
On Saturday, Spelling was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after suffering from a severe coughing attack. According to Us Weekly, she almost fainted because the episode was so intense.
Tori Spelling invites Dean’s ex to her daughter’s unusual birthday bash
Spelling is being treated for severe bronchitis and a possible case of pneumonia. Her symptoms were serious enough that the staff took precautions and quarantined the actress due to the recent outbreak of Ebola in the U.S. Spelling likely does not have Ebola, but the doctors wanted to make sure.
TMZ reported that more blood tests are being run and a lung specialist is going to look into her bronchial issue. She is expected to stay at the hospital for the rest of the week.
This illness couldn’t have come at a worse time for Spelling, since she was supposed to be promoting the second season of her Lifetime show, True Tori. The press tour has been canceled.
Tori Spelling is proud of her cheating husband
Spelling has endured the public breakdown of her marriage to Dean McDermott after his infidelities were revealed to the media. Their life post-affair has been documented by the cable channel in the emotional and cringe-worthy show.
It’s entirely possible that the stress of the past year, in addition to raising four young kids, has just put Spelling at her limit. Let’s hope she take care of herself once she’s on the mend.
Spelling certainly deserves a break. She’s earned it the hard way!
