The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss is not a fan of his neighbors, so much so that he’s allegedly been arrested for disturbing the peace.

The man who created a popular TV series about finding love clearly does not share those sentiments for his neighbors, and has allegedly made physical threats against Dancing with the Stars veteran Brooke Burke-Charvet and her husband, Baywatch star David Charvet. He even went so far as to point speakers at their house that blasted the sound of dogs barking, TMZ reports.
Fleiss has been waging war against the couple and according to TMZ, the Los Angeles County District Attorney has now charged him with the crime of disturbing the peace with loud noise. It has also been reported that he was uncooperative with police during the investigation.

According to the Daily Mail, in addition to the above claims, Charvet has allegedly claimed that Fleiss is the reason why Burke-Charvet was fired from her hosting gig on Dancing with the Stars, and that Fleiss also always revs his car when he sees him. Yikes!
The family — which includes the couple and their four kids Heaven Rain, Shaya Braven, and Burke-Charvet’s two children from a previous marriage, Neriah and Sierra — lives in a 14,000-square-foot mansion with an ocean view, so it’s not surprising that they wouldn’t want to just pack up and leave. But they have been desperately trying to deal with their allegedly unpleasant neighbor.
TMZ reports that Burke-Charvet and Charvet had previously attempted to get a restraining order against the producer last month but had no luck — perhaps their luck will change this time around.
