Khloé Kardashian totally bummed us out on Christmas by posting on Instagram about her failed marriage, but it turns out her pending divorce is far from a sure thing.
Khloé posted the mournful quote smack in the middle of Christmas Day, when she should have been celebrating with her family — but it seems like there was one former family member she couldn’t get out of her head.

A judge reportedly notified the reality star that unless the divorce is finalized in the next 45 days, the whole thing will be thrown out of court. The problem is that while Khloé has done everything she needs to do, a source says Lamar is not responding — and the clock is ticking.
“Khloé has been advised by her divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, to formally enter a default judgment of divorce, which would render her single again,” a source told Radar Online.
“With Lamar failing to respond, Khloé is well within her legal rights to go forward without him. But even after all of the heartbreak Lamar has caused Khloé, there is a hesitation on her part to do anything.”
“If nothing is done, in the next 45 days, it will be dismissed by the judge.”
For her part, Khloé seems rather ambivalent about the whole process, too. Just a few weeks ago, she was spotted at an LA Clippers game, signing autographs using her married name of Khloé Kardashian Odom.
