Halle Berry‘s husband Olivier Martinez clearly does not like being in airports, because he reportedly got into a scuffle with an airport employee at Tom Bradley International Terminal in Los Angeles, California, on Sunday.

The French actor, along with his wife and their young children, daughter Nahla (who the actress shares with ex-lover Gabriel Aubry) and son Maceo were reportedly returning from their holidays in Paris, France, when they were bombarded by paparazzi at around at 1:45 p.m on Sunday.

According to Gossip Cop, the police said that the family “required assistance from Los Angeles Airport Police after a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee came too close to the family to take photos.”
TMZ reported that the paps were too close to the family and in among the paps was an airport employee, who Martinez allegedly shoved with an empty car seat, causing him to topple over and fall backwards.

The family was allowed to leave the airport, but the employee was reportedly treated at the scene and was then taken to the hospital after complaining of abdominal pain. The employee has also filed a battery report against Martinez.
However, according to a new report by TMZ, video footage shows that the airport employee may have been trying to get some of his own snaps of the family. In the footage obtained by the gossip site, the employee appears to be trying to take amateur footage of Martinez and can be seen aiming his cell phone right at the Dark Tide actor — before he was pushed over.
