Tina Fey and Amy Poehler’s film Sisters looks hilarious (VIDEO)

We love any time Tina Fey and Amy Poehler make comedy together, but we’re overjoyed that these two funny gals are reuniting on the big screen for a movie called Sisters. Here’s a sneak peek.

While we’ve long suspected that Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are comedic soul mates, we never thought we’d see them playing real sisters in a movie. But luckily for us, these talented ladies have decided to explore their sibling rivalry, and we can’t wait for the upcoming film Sisters!

The movie is about two grown sisters who decide to throw a huge house party just before their parents sell the family home. We think this could be a little like Risky Business meets the adult version of Frozen, if there is such a thing.

Anyone who has a sister knows that this particular relationship can be complicated. There’s always some sort of envy or jealously left over from childhood, and oftentimes, two sisters end up with very different personality traits. But most of us know that the sisterly bond is also incredibly strong and can provide lots of humor.

Maya Rudolph and John Leguizamo also star in the film, as does one of our favorite indie actresses, Heather Matarazzo. You may remember her as Dawn Wiener from 1995’s Welcome to the Dollhouse.

In 2008, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler also starred in another comedy together called Baby Mama, where Fey played a successful businesswoman who hires a surrogate (Poehler) to give birth to her baby. The film grossed over $60 million at the box office, but we have a feeling Sisters will do even better, considering all the hype Fey and Poehler will be getting from hosting the 2015 Golden Globes — and who knows? They may even return for 2016. We’ll just have to wait and see.
