Lady Gaga knows how to throw back some whiskey — but she also knows the next morning can be a real bitch. Her solution? Sweat, baby, sweat!
The star posted a pic on Instagram showing herself in the midst of a sweaty yoga session, and while it might be something she usually does just to keep herself in tip-top form, she says there’s also a secret, deeper purpose: to sweat out all the booze she drank the night before.

Gaga looks incredible in a tiny pair of leopard-print briefs and little black sports bra with her hair up in a ponytail. Look at that butt! Wowza. And the only way you can tell it might be a rough morning is the fact that half her weave is lying on the floor next to her.
This is not a new routine for the “Applause” singer. Back in 2011 Gaga, who loves to get naked, told Sirius radio, “I’m on the drunk diet. I like to drink whiskey and stuff while I’m working. But the deal is, I’ve got to work out every day, and I work out hungover if I’m hungover.”

Bikram is not a regimen for the weak. An intense form of yoga, it consists of a 90-minute series of 26 poses in a room heated to exactly 104 degrees at 40 percent humidity — i.e., not something that’s fun to do with a hangover, especially considering that your already-dehydrated body would be sweating buckets.
But Gaga’s got this, Little Monsters. She’s good.
