Eddie Redmayne and Benedict Cumberbatch battle for Bafta

The 68th British Academy Film Awards take place on Sunday Feb. 8. Will Eddie Redmayne continue his recent award success and take home the Best Actor Bafta?

It’s almost Bafta time again and this year three of our finest Brit boys are going head-to-head for the Best Actor gong. Benedict Cumberbatch, Eddie Redmayne and Ralph Fiennes are up against Michael Keaton and Jake Gyllenhaal for the coveted award.

Our pick: It has to be Eddie Redmayne for his glorious portrayal of Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything.

In the Best Actress category homegrown talent Felicity Jones and Rosamund Pike are competing against Julianne Moore, Reese Witherspoon and Amy Adams for the top prize.

Our pick: It’s a tough call between Jones, Pike and Witherspoon but our money’s on Pike for her bewitching performance in Gone Girl.
