According to the Los Angeles Times, the multi-collision crash happened on Saturday on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Jenner was driving a black Cadillac Escalade and reportedly rear-ended a Lexus after the driver had rear-ended a Toyota Prius, who had stopped or slowed down on the highway.
It was the driver of the Lexus who lost her life after her car was knocked into oncoming traffic where she was hit head-on by a Hummer traveling southbound. She died at the scene.
