After news surfaced that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was having a good-old time behind bars, people began speculating that maybe serving her time wasn’t really enough for Giudice to mend her ways.
But it sounds like her new job will have the housewife doing things she’s not necessarily used to: cooking and serving. Oh, and she also has a list of chores she’s responsible for.
That’s right, Giudice has a new prison job working in the kitchen at Danbury Federal Prison, where she’s serving her 15-month sentence, according to the New York Daily News.

This is starting to sound more and more like Orange Is the New Black. Danbury is, after all, the prison the show is based around. Could you see Giudice as Red? We hope she’s less hardened by her time than poor Red.
According to SheKnows’ Reality TV Magazine, Giudice also has a host of other chores she’s responsible for. “In addition to making her bed properly before work call each morning, Giudice’s chore list also includes: Sweeping and mopping her cell floor, removing trash, and ensuring it is clean and sanitary, along with ensuring that her locker is tidy inside and out.”

Sounds to us like something normal people do on the daily. Adopting some new habits really doesn’t seem like a bad thing for Giudice to consider. Of course, she’s probably taking some time to adjust to her new conditions, so we’ll cut her some slack. Hopefully she’s able to adjust, though, and take some of the lessons home with her for the sake of her children.
