Amy is 19 Kids and Counting star Jim Bob Duggar’s niece, but unlike his own children, she does not mind kissing before marriage, as is evident in the picture that she shared of herself and her boyfriend Dillon King, locking lips on New Year’s.

But not everyone is happy with Amy’s actions. In fact, she recently revealed to Radar Online that her uncle gave her a look when he saw her kissing.

“He said, ‘I saw ya’ll kissing!’ and gave me a look,” Amy told the publication. “I said, ‘Yeah but there’s plenty more that I can save up for the wedding night!'”
Amy is not ashamed to kiss her boyfriend, and she describes kissing as “an adorable thing to do with someone you care about.” And she also shared another sweet snap of herself and her King smooching on Valentine’s Day.

However, because Amy is so different from her cousins — she happily poses for pictures in her bikini — that does mean that sometimes she and her uncle battle to see eye-to-eye.

“I kinda get under his skin, but he’s not going to control me, and I don’t think he wants to control me. He has no [reign] over me. He doesn’t know what I’m going to do next,” she explained, adding, “I’m not going to change who I am to have a certain image. I’m the free spirit of the family. I’m not being rebellious; I love my family. I just have to be true to myself.”
Some powerful words. We’re glad that Amy Duggar is true to herself and does what makes her happy.
