Is Pamela Anderson‘s marriage to Rick Salomon over for good this time? It’s looking more and more likely.

After a roller coaster of divorce filings, Anderson has secured a temporary restraining order against her husband, E! News reports. The site says that in the restraining order, Anderson claims her husband “engaged in repeated acts of harassment and abuse” that caused her to experience “severe emotional distress.” It says he can’t contact her in any way at least until April 3, when a hearing will determine whether the order is extended.

The order was filed Friday in the Superior Court of Los Angeles.

E! News obtained a copy of the order and says it includes an attached declaration in which Anderson references “physical abuse in the past” and says Salomon is still committing acts that are defined as types of abuse under the Domestic Violence Protection Act.

Anderson also says Salomon has accessed her private information, including emails, and that he has taken photos of her without her knowledge that he threatens to release to the public. Those, along with information he has threatened to release as well, could cause “shock, embarrassment and distress,” Anderson alleges.

In her statement, Anderson describes a number of shocking events. She says she threw Salomon a party to celebrate his sixth year of sobriety in January and that, upon their arrival back home, he got angry, called her “crack whore” and “bitch” and shouted, “Go upstairs, you ugly, dirty bitch.”

She also says that, later that month, Salomon put a pillow over her face while they were having sex and attempted to strangle her.

Anderson filed for divorce on Feb. 11. It’s the third time total that she’s filed for divorce from Salomon and the second time during this, their second marriage. Following their split in February, Anderson’s rep told E! News, “It’s a private matter. Pamela felt best to let go of a difficult situation.”
