Josh Murray gets brutally honest about his breakup with Andi

These two are never, ever getting back together.

At least, that’s what Josh Murray has to say. The ex-fiancé of Bachelor and Bachelorette alumna, Andi Dorfman, isn’t dancing around the issue when he talks about the end of their relationship, which they broke off in January after getting engaged on the Season 10 finale of The Bachelorette.

In fact, when asked by reporters at Sunday’s iHeartRadio Music Awards whether he misses Dorfman, Murray got brutally honest.

“No,” Murray said. “We’re friends and everything like that. But at the end of the day, when you’re very different from somebody else it just doesn’t work out.”

But despite that, it doesn’t sound like Murray has moved on completely just yet.

“There’s no romance in my life,” he continued. “I do want to settle down and have kids, but the right woman has to come along. I haven’t even thought about that yet. If something happens, something happens. But I haven’t been looking.”

The only thing that we know for sure from the former reality star’s remarks? He won’t be back on The Bachelorette to look for “the one.”

“If I had the chance to be the Bachelor then I would think about it,” Murray said. “But there’s no other way I’d go on [The Bachelorette]. It was a great experience, but I did that already and I’m kind of moving on from that specific part of my life.”

There’s no current word on how Dorfman is doing since the breakup, but she was heartbroken right after it happened. She sat down with Bachelor host, Chris Harrison, for a tearful interview, saying, “I have to be realistic and say I’m heartbroken. I know this is honestly the biggest failure of my life so far. I understand that, I know that.”

The pair announced their breakup in a joint statement, saying, “After several months of being engaged and working on our relationship, we have decided that it’s best for both of us to go our separate ways. We are very sad that it has come to this point, but this is what’s best for both of us individually. We will continue to be good friends and have nothing but great things to say about each other and wish each other the best.”
