Kim Zolciak is shutting down her haters with this one pic (PHOTO)

There has been a lot of speculation surrounding Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak‘s looks lately, with many claiming that she has gone under the knife to alter her facial features.

Well, the reality TV star has decided to respond to these rumors in the best way, by making fun of them. Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Zolciak posted a picture of her nose alongside her teenage daughter Brielle’s nose, and her baby daughter Kaia’s nose, in a bid to prove that they all share very similar noses.

“I guess we have ALL had nose jobs #GTFOH,” she captioned the pic — and it’s very clear that a 4-year-old is not going to have a nose job.

Some fans are still not convinced, though, with comments including, “nose job looks good though!” and “nice photoshop job on that baby.” There are even comments suggesting that Zolciak has had much more done than just a nose job, “it us obvious you have had work done and Botox and fillers not much if your physical body is even real nor your eyelashes or hair,” [sic] one user wrote.

That’s not to say that Zolciak has not had a little cosmetic help. She has, but she’s openly admitted to it in the past on her Bravo show Don’t Be Tardy, where she confessed to having had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation.
