Insiders are confirming that Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield have parted ways.
But the breakup is more of a break than a final goodbye.

According to a source who spoke with People, the celebrity couple is taking some time away from each other to focus on their careers. “They’re both a slave to their schedules.”
But the insider claims that Garfield is the one who has the most trouble managing the relationship and his acting. He is currently on location in Taiwan working on Martin Scorsese’s latest project, Silence. “He’s thrown himself in the project to the detriment of all else.”
Due to his filming schedule, Garfield was absent from the Golden Globes and the Oscars, even though Stone earned an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Birdman and was busily attending the awards season circuit.

Even more heartbreaking, the source claims that, “This time last year they were privately discussing marriage.”
The couple has been dating now for about three years, since meeting in 2010 during Stone’s screen test for The Amazing Spider-Man. They first officially stepped out as a couple together in November 2011.
In a 2012 interview with MTV News, Garfield described their instant connection, “We got on really well as people, in between [takes]. That was the fun stuff: In between, we’d just mess around, and I felt, ‘Ah, this is different.’ I wasn’t really aware what was happening in the screen test. She keeps you on your toes, and that wakes you up. That was the beginning.”

According to People, this is not an official breakup, just a temporary time-out until Garfield wraps filming in May.
Garfield and Stone have yet to comment on the breakup rumors.
