Taking to Twitter late on Monday, April 13, the daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger spoke out about her decision to check into rehab, and she blasted the reports that she had made the decision because of her nonstop partying.
The model revealed she’d checked into Malibu’s SOBA Recovery Center for two weeks to “lay pretty low for a bit and maybe get some frozen yogurt.”

“She’s not using, this is not drug-related, she voluntarily checked herself in,” the source said. “She’s just been in some tough situations lately, and it’s gotten a bit stressful and overwhelming, so she’s just being proactive. She’s in there to get the tools she needs to move forward in a positive direction.”
UPDATE: April 16: Ireland took to Twitter again on Wednesday to inform fans that she is taking care of herself, and that there is no need to blame anyone else for her decisions.
