Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy have incredible chemistry on the dance floor, and rumor has it they are heating things up off-camera, too. Now the star is spilling the truth.
Willis talked about the exact nature of her relationship with Chmerkovskiy on The Howard Stern Show, and sorry to say, the pair definitely is not dating.
“No way,” she said when asked about the rumors. “Listen, if you’re in a room with someone for six hours a day and you’re dating them and then you get in a fight, you’re miserable. There’s no way you’ll ever win.”

Chmerkovskiy did accompany her to New York for the interview with Stern, but she insisted it was all business — she had to keep up her rehearsals for Dancing with the Stars.
A more disturbing revelation in the interview was that Willis used to have a major crush on her former stepfather, Ashton Kutcher. She even had his poster hanging on her bedroom wall, but that came down pretty quickly when her mom, Demi Moore, started dating, then married, the That ’70s Show star.

“It was definitely weird for a minute, but I have to commend him,” she said. “He was a really great stepfather. The perspective changed very quickly.”
And she gave her mom props for landing a guy 15 years younger than her. “I was kind of impressed,” she said. “I was like, ‘Yeah, girl, get it.'”
Willis and Chmerkovskiy continue to compete for the mirror ball on Dancing with the Stars.
