Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid shockingly rejected by Victoria’s Secret (VIDEO)

Victoria’s Secret has announced that they’ve added 10 new Angels to their roster, but some of our favorite models surprisingly missed the cut.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid both campaigned for a spot among the Angels, but neither lady was chosen for the coveted spot with the lingerie company.

This isn’t the first time Hadid hasn’t made the Victoria’s Secret cut. She vigorously auditioned for the 2014 fashion show, but wasn’t chosen to walk the runway, her mom and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Yolanda Foster, revealed in an interview with Glamour.

“Gigi worked so hard to get the Victoria’s Secret fashion show, and she didn’t get it. But you know what? That’s just life,” Foster explained. “She was boxing at Gotham gym every day, and in great shape, and it seemed like the perfect fit. But you know what? It ended up not to be.”

There you have it. Even the hottest ladies get rejected.

But it’s important to keep in mind: Just because Jenner and Hadid weren’t officially named Angels, doesn’t mean they won’t still be involved with the brand in some capacity.
