After the MTV reality star was delivered some shocking news by producers on Monday’s episode, she announced that she would leave the show. The news? Farrah Abraham is returning to Teen Mom OG.

MTV reports the other two stars of the show were open to the idea, but Maci, who received the news with her boyfriend by her side, was visibly stunned and, after gathering herself, told producers, “If this is true, I’m done. I’m not doing this anymore.”

But what was her real reason for reacting so strongly? A behind-the-scenes clip revealed Tuesday that it’s nothing personal against Farrah.

“I had a lot of things running through my mind when Morgan told me that Farrah was coming back to the show,” Maci says in the Teen Mom OG: Featured Moment clip. “When I was approached about the show coming back on, I made it very, very clear that I was not going to have any part of the show if her story was going to be on the show, too.”

She continues, “I have no dislike towards her or hard feelings towards her — nothing about that. I just don’t find it appropriate to put my 6-year-old son on TV where one second, we’re at the baseball field playing baseball with him, and we come back from a commercial break, and we’re at a strip club.”

We can’t help but agree with what Maci’s saying, especially when she continues, “That’s not appropriate. If it was, 6-year-olds could get into strip clubs.”

Plastic surgery-loving Farrah has been at the center of a number of controversies since Teen Mom made her an MTV star. After the show, she went on to appear alongside James Deen in a pair of pornographic films.

On top of her issues with having her son, Bentley, filmed alongside what she deems to be inappropriate behavior from another mom, it sounds like Maci was also grappling with the fact that the show’s producers went back on their word to her.

“Halfway through filming, I get this brought to me,” she said. “After having my son a part of the show and filmed and all of these things. There were a lot of things going through my mind, and I was trying to keep my cool.”
