For more than two years now, Bethenny Frankel and her husband have been duking it out in court in a bitter divorce battle. And now Radar Online is reporting it found court documents stating the Skinnygirl mogul must fork over a huge chunk of cash to pay her husband’s court fees.
According to these documents, a judge has ordered the The RealHousewives of New York star to pay over $100,000 to her ex by June 1. The payment is for Jason Hoppy’s attorney fees. The judge ruled Hoppy “lacks sufficient funds of his own to compensate counsel without depletion his assets.”

This will be the second payment of $100,000 Frankel has made to cover her ex-husband’s court costs.
According to the documents, Hoppy changed lawyers in March 2014, paying a retainer of $50,000 and owes them almost $222,000.
To add insult to injury, the court has ordered Frankel to pay Hoppy almost $12,000 a month as temporary maintenance beginning this month and $3,000 for child support for their 5-year-old daughter in addition to covering other living and school costs for her.

Hoppy is still living in their jointly owned NYC apartment, which seems to be the point of contention that won’t allow them to come to any agreements in court.
In addition to all the other support, Frankel also has been ordered to pay for pretty much everything having to do with the home, including $11,000 a month in rent, $1,000 a month in utilities and $600 in housekeeping expenses.
Hoppy is a drug company salesman who reportedly only makes $100,000 a year. Frankel, as you may know, is the creator of the Skinnygirl cocktail line. She also has published several books, has had her own (short-lived) TV series and has starred in RHONY amongst many of her other career accomplishments.
