In Part 2 of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce special, the former Olympian revealed a surprising fact about his transition progress: He hasn’t made the appointment for gender reassignment yet.

During the two-part special that was filmed in February, Jenner chatted with each of his girls about his life and the changes he was making. In essence, he told them the same things he shared with Diane Sawyer last month. The only difference: He was sharing his true gender identity with the people he loves the most, meaning the stakes felt infinitely higher.
One surprising revelation that came from Bruce’s announcement, though, was that he admitted that he’s yet to make an appointment for gender reassignment surgery. Leave it to Kim Kardashian to ask Jenner about his, ahem, lower half. When he didn’t understand her question about surgery, she gestured lower and Jenner caught on. His response?
“Oh, the little thing down there?” he asked. “That’s kind of the last thing you can do. You can do an awful lot before that.”

Despite all the changes, the girls still showed they love and accept their dad. They even teased him about what they should call him now. While he insisted that he’d always be their dad, they had a better idea.
“We should call you ‘Mad,'” one of the girls suggested.
“Mom and Dad,” Kourtney explained. Then teased, “And you’re a little bit crazy.”
Looks like some things will never change! Despite the tough time Jenner is going through and despite all the massive changes his girls will need to get used to, they still find time to joke with their dad. Say what you want about the Kardashians, but there’s no denying that they’re a loving and tight-knit family. We’re sure that when he’s finally ready to take that step, his favorite girls will continue to support him.
