The Teen Mom 2 star is seen in a new preview for the show tearfully addressing a number of hardships in her life, including a split from her second husband and damaging rumors.
“I’ve been accused of being an unfit mother, abusing drugs,” she can be heard saying in the preview. And, according to Us Weekly, the young mom’s stress and depression have gotten so bad, she’s seeking help from a 30-day rehab program.
The magazine says it talked to a source close to Leah, who confirmed the rehab stint, but stressed it is not for drug use. The treatment for anxiety, stress and depression is supposed to last 30 days, the magazine notes, but Leah could be released earlier. According to reports, as of now, she’s set to finish her program at the end of this month.
Reportedly, Leah planned to enter rehab a lot sooner than she actually did. Us Weekly says she got held up while working through her split from her ex-husband, Corey Simms, and some issues with their twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah.

And now, after three years of marriage, Leah and her second husband, Jeremy Calvert, who share a daughter named Addie, are splitting up.
“The girl I fell in love with ain’t the girl I got now,” Jeremy says in the new Teen Mom 2 trailer.
The show premieres this Thursday at 10 p.m. on MTV. After rumors of drug use and cheating scandals for Leah, it might give a better idea of what the 23-year-old reality star is dealing with and what drove her to enter rehab.
