Mindy Kaling is just as accomplished as any of the men she works with, so why is she being asked about her insecurities instead of her accolades?

The SAG Award-winning actress and writer went off on Twitter about being asked sexist questions during interviews, name-checking her male cohorts who are never asked if they feel they can’t do their jobs well.
