We all know there is no love lost between the recently embattled Kim Richards and the empire-building Lisa Vanderpump.
But before Richards was fired from their reality show, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the two largely stayed out of each other’s way and Vanderpump didn’t have much to say on the topic of Richards or her sobriety.

But recently, Vanderpump has decided to make her opinion known. Speaking exclusively to Radar Online, the reality star had this to say. “A reality show should document your reality. It shouldn’t be the reason you drink and the show should not be what keeps you sober.”
She continued, saying, “If you are going to sign up for a reality show, be completely honest. If not, it is going to come back and bite you in the ass!”
Richards, whose recent alcohol-fueled run-ins with the law have landed her in some pretty hot water and could even put her in jail, was kicked off of Real Housewives because of her drug and alcohol relapse. Richards said during an interview with Dr. Phil back in April that it was the show that drove her back to the bottle, claiming the social media critics pushed her to drink.

Vanderpump continued, “I chose to stay out of the whole scenario this season because I was already in that whole situation two years ago when I questioned Kim’s sobriety. I didn’t want to go there again.”
She made sure she added the obligatory bless-her-heart-equivalent at the end of her comments, though, saying, “Most importantly is that Kim gets the help she needs. I wish her well. That is all I want for her and all that the cast wants as well.”
