The former The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has reportedly now signed a deal with prosecutors allowing the government to seize several of her personal belongings as well as her Bravo paycheck, Radar Online reports.
According to the site, the story (which was reportedly first broken by NJ.com) goes like this: Radar Online has obtained court documents filed on June 5 that show that Giudice has agreed for Bravo to withhold “25 percent of any monies held on behalf of, or payable to Teresa Giudice, and pay the sum to the [government].”

Federal prosecutors reportedly also made an agreement allowing them to gain possession of Giudice’s 2005 Maserati Quattroporte, as well as 50 percent of the rental property she owns with her husband in Lincoln Park. But that’s not the worst of it, because according to the legal documents, the feds can apparently seize the Giudices’ personal assets, too, in an attempt to satisfy the debt of roughly $400,000 that they still owe in restitution from their bankruptcy fraud case.
