Josh Duggar is taking the first step in recovering his life by relocating himself and his family to a new home.
Following the news that the 19 Kids and Counting star inappropriately touched multiple young girls — including his sisters — when he was a teen, Duggar has faced increasing scrutiny and media criticism that, no doubt, has reached all the way to his front doorsteps.

According to Us Weekly, moving trucks were spotted outside the Duggar son’s five-bedroom home in Oxon Hill, Maryland, which he shares with his currently pregnant wife, Anna, and their three kids Mackynzie, 5, Michael, 3, and Marcus, 23 months. Josh did announce that the couple was expecting another girl.
Anna has been standing by her husband’s side despite everything. In the statement when Josh confirmed his actions, she even admitted that he told her about the incidents when they were dating and that he has repeatedly sought forgiveness for his actions.

Josh’s parents, Jim Bob and and Michelle Duggar, also sat down with Fox News reporter Megyn Kelly to publicly address Josh’s past “mistakes”.
But none of it seems to have helped Josh’s reputation much. Especially since Jim Bob and Michelle falsely claimed during the interview that they were the real victims because Josh’s file was illegally given to the media. Because Josh was 18 when he confessed his crimes to the police, the file was public and given to the media under the Freedom of Information Act.

Though Josh and his family haven’t officially confirmed the reason for the move, it’s hard to think it could be for any reason other than the need for a fresh start somewhere away from the public’s careful watch.
