She’s not quite as famous as her household-name boyfriend, but don’t worry — here’s everything you need to know about Hilary Cruz.
1. She’s a former Miss Teen USA
Hilary won the crown in 2007.
2. She wants to be an actress
Shortly after winning the Miss Teen USA pageant, Hilary scrapped her plans to attend the University of Northern Colorado. Instead, she attended the New York Film Academy and hopes to become an actress.
3. She’s had a couple TV roles…
…on Donald Trump’s MTV reality show, Pageant Place. The show premiered in October 2007. She also appeared as a guest on the cooking competition show Hell’s Kitchen in 2012.
4. She’s also acted in some music videos
Hilary landed the lead role in Michael Addison’s music video “Come Back to Me” in 2012, and also starred in Jesse McCartney’s “Superbad” video in 2014.
5. She’s getting her start in movies
Hilary has had a handful of roles in movies, including a minor role in Freelancers, as well as roles in two TV movies: Sand Sharks and The Novack Murders.

If her Instagram is any indication, Hilary is a huge dog lover. She has multiple pictures posing with some adorable pooches.

Racist jokes in Instagram bios aren’t super classy, even when they’re self-deprecating. Hilary describes herself on the platform as “Spanish +Mex +German = Beanerschnitzle.”

8. She’s younger than Ryan
Hilary is 26, 14 years younger than Ryan, who turned 40 this year. Julianne Hough, Ryan’s ex-girlfriend of two years, is also 26.
9. They met through mutual friends
According to Us Weekly, they first met at Ryan’s 40th birthday party in February.
10. They just started dating
“It’s new,” a source close to the new couple told People magazine. “They’re having fun.”
11. She’s not Ryan’s usual type
Hilary is a brunette while the last three women Ryan’s been linked to — Hough and models Renee Hall and Shayna Taylor — were all blondes.
