Earlier this year, Bristowe’s sexual activity grabbed the headlines after she received criticism for having sex with one of her suitors long before the Fantasy Suite stage. It was later revealed that while Bristowe was on her date in Dublin, Ireland, she made the decision to get intimate with Nick Viall (the villain of Andi Dorfman’s Bachelorette season).
Speaking to People magazine about her decision to have sex with Viall, she revealed, “That’s something I don’t think I should be ashamed of.”
Although, it did look as though Bristowe regretted her decision because she was seen crying on the air. So what was the reason for all the tears if she’s not ashamed?

“I know so many people can relate, but it’s so easy for them to judge at the same time,” she said of the hit ABC show. “It’s easier to judge than to relate to my situation.”
But the real reason she got upset the morning after sleeping with Viall was because she still really cared about some of her other suitors, and she was deeply concerned that she may have jeopardized her relationships with them.
“I was thinking, ‘What if I just ruined another relationship that meant something to me?’ So that’s where I got upset, and that’s what made me cry and break my heart — thinking about if I just ruined another relationship because it was hard to juggle all those relationships and know exactly what was right and what was wrong,” she confessed to People.
