Bad news for Rosie O’Donnell: Her custody battle just got a lot more difficult due to these inconvenient drug test results.
The TV personality is locked in a bitter feud with her ex, Michelle Rounds, over their 2-year-old daughter, Dakota, with O’Donnell being accused of excessive drug and alcohol use.
She submitted a drug test to prove she is clean and sober, but there’s just one small problem: It reportedly came back positive for marijuana.
“It came back positive for drugs,” an insider told the National Enquirer of the hair follicle test. “When Rosie found out, she was furious!
“She’s been trying to hide her drug use for a long time, and she didn’t realize that marijuana stays in your system for a number of months.”

Rounds is seeking sole custody based on her allegations that O’Donnell is unfit and smokes and drinks to excess, but the former cohost of The View says the move is nothing more than a ploy for more cash.
“This is an absurd and desperate attempt to use a child for her [Rounds’] own gain,” O’Donnell’s rep, Cindi Berger, told Page Six in April.
The pair had a court date today to further discuss their custody issues. We’ll keep you updated on what, if any, decisions are announced.
