Oh, no! We are super bummed out for her because she has really seemed to find herself on the dance floor. But all is not lost — she will continue in a different capacity until her foot heals.
“While on tour with Dancing with the Stars: Live! Rumer Willis hurt her right foot dancing. She has been diagnosed with a stress fractures and is currently resting,” a DWTS rep said in a statement. “While it remains unclear at this time if Rumer will be able to dance for the remainder of the tour, she is still having fun with her dancing family and will continue to be on the road with the tour. She is hanging up her dancing shoes (for now), but Rumer is still a huge part of the tour and will be singing in various numbers throughout the 90 minute [sic] show.”
That’s good news for fans, who have been treated to some fantastic musical performances by the star. She has been earning rave reviews after her mirror ball win, with one write-up saying, “Clearly, Willis has the moves and voice to succeed on Broadway.”
Heal up soon!
