Teresa Giudice writes all about the violence she encountered in prison

Teresa Giudice‘s experience behind bars will be the subject of a tell-all memoir, but she’s revealing some details now.

In new journal entries obtained by Us Weekly, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star talks about the violence she sees behind bars every day, how much she misses her family and one surprising detail about the food.

“I called the girls after school today. I miss them so much. They are all I think about all day long, and I pray that God helps me to go back home to be with my daughters and my husband. Please God, help me,” she wrote in one entry.

In another, she described some of the daily violence she sees. “There is a lady in here, she hit her roommate,” Giudice wrote. “The officers are up here now to evaluate the situation. She is a crazy lady who fights with everyone.”

While we’re not surprised that she misses her family or that there is violence in prison, we are a little surprised to hear how much food there is. While it’s not great, apparently, there’s a ton of it. No one is going hungry.

“I had tater tots, a soy burger that was so gross and orange!” wrote Giudice, who has penned several cookbooks. “I also had some potato salad. They feed us so much here. I’m going to have potatoes coming out of my ears pretty soon!”

Well, it’s not exactly Oz, but it’s not exactly home, either. Giudice is scheduled to be released from prison early next year and plans to release a memoir based on her diaries.
