Fans have been rooting for the pair from the very beginning, and they appeared to be perfect together — who didn’t love the adorable pictures that they posted on social media? — but according to E! News, it’s now all over.
Multiple sources have disclosed to E! News that Toops and Nilsson have split up, and while we’re so disappointed to hear this, there may have been a few warning signs.

There is no confirmation as yet from ABC or from the lovebirds as to why they choose to call it quits, but the former couple’s social media accounts have not featured one another for around a month now. And in the social media age, that is a little strange, especially since the pair posted multiple photos as a couple when they were dating.

Nilsson also posted a cryptic message six days ago, which reads, “You have been set free.” Could she have been referring to her relationship status? Regardless, this was one Bachelorette couple we were really hoping would be in it for the long haul.
