This is not the first racy photo shoot that Kim Kardashian has done, but this particular one is really causing a social media uproar.

The pregnant reality TV star took to Instagram on Thursday to post a throwback picture of her shoot with WMagazine, the same shoot she cried over during a 2011 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians because she thought it looked like “full-on porn” — and it’s not hard to see why she cried the first time around.
The picture shows her naked and rolling around in silver body paint, and fans are shocked that Instagram has not taken the NSFW picture down. As for Kardashian, she certainly seems to have changed her mind when it comes to nudity as she unashamedly captioned the snap, “#TBT shooting my @wmagcover.”

The comments on the picture include, “Disgusting,” “vomit,” “When you cried because they published you like that HAHA,” “This is horribly wrong,” “Thats [sic] just disgusting its [sic] not even attractive anymore” and “omg first baby oil now silver paint put some clothes back on.”
Other commenters felt that this was inappropriate because Kardashian is a mom, writing, “You’re a mom” and “When she gets pregnant she gets insecure and has to post pictures like these lol.”
There are also people who are completely shocked that Instagram (famous for its strict nipple policy) is even allowing this picture to be published.
“People please report this picture so it can get taken down,” one concerned commenter wrote. Another shared their thoughts, writing, “This is disgusting how is instgram [sic] allowing this to stay on.”

This is probably not the last near-naked picture we’re going to see of Mrs. Kardashian West, but from the comments on this picture, it’s clear that a lot of people would like it to be the last.
