Calvin Harris calls his relationship with Taylor Swift ‘ridiculous’

As if we couldn’t get enough of new Hollywood It couple Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift, Harris is now opening up about his relationship with the pop star, and he has us seriously swooning.

During an interview with several UK radio stations, Harris revealed how his relationship with Swift is progressing — and it’s completely adorable.

“It’s going absolutely fantastic,” he told KISS FM UK. “It’s interesting, because obviously there’s different things written about it every day and even if we don’t do anything publicly for a while, someone will make something up.”

But Harris said the truth is, “For me, it could be a lot worse, and I’d still be, like, insanely happy with her. So I’m good with it.”

He continued that the relationship checks “boxes I didn’t even know existed. It’s really ridiculous… She’s generally an incredible cook and human being.”

The couple, who first started dating back in April after hitting it off at the 2015 Brit Awards, have been getting progressively more and more comfortable sharing details of their relationship on social media. But this is the first time we’ve heard Harris gush about his leading lady in an interview.

According to Us Weekly, a source revealed that the two are taking the relationship very seriously and have bonded on things beyond their looks. The business-savvy duo even knocked Jay Z and Beyoncé off the top for most profitable celebrity couple. Harris and Swift jointly made $146 million in 2014.

This interview with Harris seems to definitely confirm those sentiments, but Harris also admitted that there are elements that haven’t been easy.

“It does get more and more ridiculous,” Harris said of the tabloid stories reported about the two. “For me apparently being allergic to cats, or Taylor and I are moving in together, or we’re getting married next week. It’s a lot, but you’ve just got to take it how it is.”

In real life, Harris said the two share a lot of quiet moments together that aren’t caught by photographers. “The luxury is we can both travel very easily. I think that’s a reason that it works so well… It’s really not hard to see each other on a regular basis,” Harris said.
