The separation for the couple has been a long time coming, fueled by petty drama and cheating accusations.

After the couple of 10 years announced they were separating back in March 2015, the dirt began to fly as March fought to get their premarital agreement voided because, she claimed, Flay had cheated on her. There are even rumors that Flay is the father of actress January Jones’ baby, though Jones has never named a dad.

But Flay fired back, saying that March was, in fact, the one who was unfaithful.

So March tried another tactic, accusing Flay of “bullying through economic warfare,” saying that he canceled her credit cards and was trying to bully her into signing a settlement agreement by threatening to evict her and her sick mother from their home.

According to reports, the couple was mostly battling over property, including a New York City apartment and a home they shared in the Hamptons.

Thanks to Flay’s career as a celebrity chef, he was already a multimillionaire when the two tied the knot back in 2005. March is an actress who has most notably starred on Law & Order: SVU.
