The 23-year-old reality star attended the taping of the Teen Mom 2 reunion this weekend, her first public appearance since missing the show’s New York City press tour last month. It was also her first appearance since entering rehab, which was why she missed the press tour.

Dressed in an adorable yellow halter-top cocktail dress and nude stilettos, Messer posed, all smiles, with co-stars Kailyn Lowry, Jenelle Evans and Chelsea Houska and the show’s host, Dr. Drew, in a photo posted to Lowry’s Instagram.

Though she’s been accused of drug use, Messer entered rehab in late May for her stress and depression, not drugs. Her ex-husband, Corey Simms, questioned her use of prescription pain pills in the new season of Teen Mom 2, but after taking a drug test required to keep custody of her three kids, Messer passed with no traces of drugs in her system.

And though Messer and her most recent husband, Jeremy Calvert, finalized their divorce last month, he accompanied her to the reunion show taping, sparking rumors that the couple may be on the road to reconciling now that Messer has completed her stint in rehab. According to Us Weekly, Messer still hasn’t publicly acknowledged the divorce, and her social media accounts still show her name as “Leah D. Calvert.”
