Bill Cosby will be deposed in a lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a teenager at the Playboy mansion, and the details revealed may be the final nail in his coffin.
The California Supreme Court has denied Cosby’s legal team’s request to review Judy Huth’s sexual assault case, clearing the way for trial — and that means the comedian will be deposed by Huth’s pit bull attorney, Gloria Allred.
Calling the decision a “huge, huge victory” for her client, Allred told CNN she plans to question Cosby within the next 30 days.

In her lawsuit, Huth alleges that when she was just 16 years old, Cosby invited her and a friend to his tennis club where “he served them alcoholic beverages and played games of billiards” during which she “was required to consume a beer every time Cosby won a game of billiards.”
Huth claims Cosby, who she says was aware of her age, then took the girls to the Playboy mansion and told her to use a bathroom within one of the bedrooms. When she emerged, she says, Cosby was sitting on the bed and directed her to sit next to him.

“He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent,” the suit alleges.
Cosby’s legal team had requested a judicial review of the case, claiming his name should not have been publicized in accordance with California law and that the statute of limitations had run out because Huth had tried to sell her story to a tabloid 10 years earlier.
The new deposition might just provide even more damning evidence against the beleaguered entertainment icon. In a previous deposition from a 2005 sexual assault case released earlier this month, Cosby admitted to drugging women before sex but was hazy on the issue of consent.
