Real Housewives of New York star Ramona Singer certainly has had a difficult split from former husband Mario. In the wake of his affair, the couple’s daughter, Avery, penned a devastatingly heartbreaking letter to her cheating father that is sure to give you all the terrible feels.
The letter, which was obtained by Radar Online, was published in Singer’s upcoming memoir, Life on the Ramona Coaster.

She wrote, “I’m writing to you again because I hope that, as your daughter, I will be able to get through to you. You need to stop and fix your actions before you lose everything that is good in your life. We were the trifecta and you broke us. What you have done and are still continuing to do is now forever damaging. You have no one to blame but yourself. It’s about time you stop acting like a teenage boy and take responsibility for your actions.”
Harsh and so sad to read the words of a young woman desperately trying to save her family.
She continues, “This whole thing is an embarrassment to Mommy and me, and you have not once thought about how it would affect us. I am ashamed of you.”

Singer explains in her memoir that this letter inspired her husband to try to mend fences, but their relationship was beyond repair and her husband’s affair almost pushed her to commit suicide.
Avery closes her letter optimistic that her father will change his ways, saying, “I hope that one day soon, I’ll have the dad I always thought I knew and put on a pedestal my whole life.”
