Earlier this week, Teen Mom star Maci Bookout took heat from fans for promoting a product that many deem unsafe, and now Tyler Baltierra looks to be in the promotional game, too. Which begs the question: Have all the Teen Mom stars’ social media accounts become promotional plugs?

It certainly looks that way, and fans are angry with Baltierra’s product endorsement. Taking to Instagram, the reality TV star posted a picture of himself drinking Ideal Boost, along with the caption, “For those days when you don’t have the energy to workout, I have my secret weapon #IdealBoost from@idealshape #sp #ChangeYourAppetite I get mine here http://bit.ly/1RulGBG.”
Fans have reacted badly to this post, expressing their disappointment in Tyler.

“Disappointed you’ve just turned to advertising, I thought You and Caitlyn were the most ‘real’ ones on the show,” one upset fan wrote. And many more shared similar sentiments, with comments including, “I think it’s crazy how all the teen mom’s [sic] turn to advertising instead of showing them. I feel like all I see are advertisements anymore [sic],” and “Awwwww no Tyler not you too!!! Don’t turn your Insta [sic] into advertising.”

In fact, Baltierra is even losing fans over his latest actions.
“Unfollowing this stupid shit@tylerbaltierramtv,” one angry fan wrote. Others added, “Goodnight, maybe you should try eating something to get energy. Those arms are like a couple of toothpicks.@tylerbaltierramtv,” and “F***ing everything is about money now f*** u Tyler u bitch.”
