The last season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills didn’t exactly show Brandi Glanville in her most flattering light. After throwing a drink in Eileen Davidson’s face and slapping Lisa Vanderpump, Brandi’s stock dropped with many people. But the reality star is trying to get it together right now, so errybody just back up, OK?
Over the weekend, a seemingly heated Glanville went on a mini Twitter rant about her ex-husband. Well, to be clear, the rant wasn’t directly about her ex-husband — it was about how people can’t seem to get over the juicy gossip of Eddie Cibrian cheating on her with LeAnn Rimes. Brandi’s thoughts, though? If she can get over it, why can’t everyone else? Touché!

Apparently, someone felt the need to pass along info to Brandi about her ex and his new wife. The RHOBH star didn’t say what exactly was said, but she did post two messages that mentioned how she doesn’t give a rat’s about Eddie and LeAnn.

Despite Eddie Cibrian and his cheating ways being the subject of many of Brandi Glanville’s scenes in Real Housewives, it seems that she’s officially trying to put that in the past now — as she should. Like she said, it’s been six years. It will probably always be a sore subject for Brandi, but really, there’s no need to live and breathe it anymore. Onward and upward, right?
Now, even though Brandi is officially Over It, it doesn’t mean that she’s back in fans’ good graces just yet (she slapped Lisa Vanderpump, remember?), but it is worth reporting that Brandi’s official Eddie and LeAnn purge isn’t the only smart thing she’s doing as of late. You guys… Brandi is totally getting it together. She could even go back to being a fan favorite. Come on, B, you can do it!

So, you know how after last season Brandi wasn’t asked to return for another season of Real Housewives? Well, looks like that’s not totally true. It’s been reported that Brandi may return to RHOBH as a “friend of the housewives.” You know, like Camille Grammer or Countess LuAnn last season on RHONY? Personally, I think that’s a great idea. Brandi in small doses is fantastic. But, more so, a break from the limelight is a smart move for her. Clearly, that show wasn’t doing her any favors. Last season, to put it bluntly, was a mess.

Not too many details have been revealed on what Brandi’s role — if any — would be on the show, but either way, not coming back as a full-time cast member is definitely a good idea. Never mind being over-exposed — what it seems like Brandi needs is to focus on herself, not on a reality show.
It is worth bringing up, though, that there also is a — albeit small — rumbling that Brandi will be getting a show of her own. When someone mentioned to her on Twitter recently that she and Kristen Taekman, who’s not returning to Real Housewives of New York, should get their own show, Brandi responded with, “Happening.” Not sure how much truth there is to that, but again, it’s probably not a bad idea for Brandi to “do her” for a while — off-camera.
Only time will tell what happens with Brandi, but personally I’m rooting for her as a guest star on Housewives. I’m also rooting for people to quit telling her crap about her ex-husband. I mean, seriously, who needs to hear that? Six years, people.
